Sophia University Research Facility

Following Sophia Alpha's aim to make improvements in society, SURF makes an effort to change the immediate environment students live in - namely Sophia University.

Until this semester, Sophia alpha organized different activities in order to improve the Ichigaya Campus. That campus was closed in March 2006.

Ichigaya Access Guide...

SURF created an access giude for Ichigaya Campus which helps students, faculty members and visitors to find their way through campus and locate facilities easily.

Cafeteria...

Gathering data from over 150 students through a survey conducted in Spring 2003, it became apparent that the majority of students was dissatisfied with the service provided by the cafeteria. In cooperation with the Dean, measurments were taken to improve the situation such as changing the catering company.

Yotsuya PC Map...

In response to complaints about the limited availability of computers on Ichigaya Campus, SURF has compiled a map summarising the availablity and locality of computer rooms on Yotsuya Campus.
